Open3D Viewer is provided free of charge as a 3D file viewer. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Your files

You retain all rights to the 3D files you load into Open3D Viewer. We claim no ownership of, and never receive a copy of, your files.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Open3D Viewer to view, distribute, or process content that infringes third-party rights, is unlawful in your jurisdiction, or otherwise violates applicable laws.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Open3D Viewer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
